I am the founder and President of BSR Group, Inc., headquartered in southern Indiana.

By way of an explanation of our diversity, I was raised by my grandfather, a second generation tool & die, watch & clock maker and gunsmith and, my uncle a cabinet, furniture and custom gunstock maker, both immigrants from the village of Rothenburg, founded by my ancestors in the Black Forest region of Germany.  From my earliest memories I would spend hours at a small workbench learning their trades.  My reward for a "job well done" was the tool I used. In truth, I didn't acquire all that many tools; my "reward" was infinitely more valuable, the sincere appreciation for "old world" pride in maintaining the highest quality in workmanship.

I continued my studies under some of the finest European craftsmen.

Today, as for the past 25 years of practice, I am pleased to carry on their tradition of "Old World Quality and Craftsmanship"; a sentiment held by each member of our team.

I am a graduate and Fellow of the British Horological Institute (Certified Master Watch/Clock Maker) , and the American and National Watchmakers/Clockmakers Institutes, a member of National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors, the British Antique Furniture Restorers Association, and of the American Pistolsmiths Guild, and am a Registered Professional Engineer.

I personally direct, or perform, all services by our firm.
